I asked Joris to do this frame as a commission. I told him what I wanted and he carried out my request to the letter, keeping me updated on progress. He managed to source two great beetles which he mounted and framed to his usual high standards. I have bought framed specimens from different entomologists over the years but his work really stands out. Great communication and a pleasure to do business with.

Beetle looks incredibly fabulous and way bigger than I expected. This is craftsmanship, from frame to taxidermy, everything looks and feels high end. This will be a real showpiece on the wall.

I haven’t received it yet as I am overseas, but I’m a returning customer and am giving 5 stars. The quality is great, the fact I’m buying from overseas and giving a 5 star without having the product should speak volumes.

The moth is GREAT, letterlijk&figuurlijk 😁. Prachtig gemaakt, goede kwaliteit, zowel vlinder als lijst.
Ook goed verpakt en veilig gearriveerd. Leuk is ook dat het maken van de vlinder of kever vaak op instagram te zien is.
